| U.S. Code Congressional & Administrative News |

| Code of Federal Regulations |
| A codification of all adopted executive and administrative rules and regulations originally published in the Federal Register. Arranged into broad topic groups or titles similar to the system used in the USC. Each volume of the CFR is revised annually; check the front cover to determine how recent the last revision is. | Published daily during the week. Includes the full text of Presidential proclamations and Executive Orders and any notice, order, regulation or similar document promulgated by federal administrative agencies. The final regulations are later codified and published in the CFR. Includes a subject index, but is very general and usually by agency. The index is published separately at monthly, quarterly and yearly intervals. Index references are to page numbers and a separate chart of page numbers and corresponding issue date is very useful in locating the specific issue desired. Documents AE 2.106 |
