State Laws & Regulations
Currently in-force laws or statutes are available from several sources. Remember to check the pocket supplements for the very latest amendments and annotations.
State Laws
Kentucky Revised Statutes
Michie Company (see documents section for the Banks-Baldwin edition)

This is an annotated, official edition of all currently in-force laws at the state level. A two-volume subject index is useful for locating law on a particular subject. Pocket parts provide more recent amendments and annotations to later court cases.

State Regulations
Kentucky Administrative Regulations Service
A codification of all administrative agency regulations currently in effect as of July each year. Subject index (blue pages) in the last volume is mostly by agency name and there are a few cross-references by subject. A table of KRS sections cited or referred to within the text is most helpful (pink pages). This set is comparable to CFR at the federal level.

Updated monthly by the Administrative Register of Kentucky. This publication gives notice of all proposed regulations and public hearings held for the purpose of commenting on these changes. Cumulative supplement (blue pages) is the same format as the KAR. Similar to the Federal Register.
