Materials Collected
Often, through materials cited below, histories of individuals, families, professional and civic organizations, and business and religious groups can be documented. By either donating or depositing such records for permanent preservation, regardless of their format, one is assured that information which might otherwise be lost will be accessible to future generations. Although Special Collections usually preserves original items, in some instances it may accept copies or make copies of original materials in lieu of donation of the originals.
