




Elizabeth K. Baker Music Library
The Music Library contains thousands of books, scores, recordings, videos and periodicals devoted to the study and enjoyment of music. Audio/visual equipment housed in this branch library includes several computers, a MIDI workstation, and DVD viewing area.
The Elizabeth K. Baker Music Library now features the first 100 of Rolling Stone magazine’s top 500 pop albums of all time. This collection includes a variety of styles, ranging from the album listed as number one, The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band to number 43, Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon and even Frank Sinatra’s In the Wee Small Hours, coming in at number 100.
Reference assistance can be unscheduled or by appointment. Online reference help is also available by consulting the Music Subject Guide.
Information on circulation policies can be found at the main library’s Borrowing and Renewing Materials webpage. (Please note that Music Library circulation policies are the same as the main library except for music videos and recordings which circulate for two weeks.)
