The persistent link for an article in NewsBank is located at the bottom of the article. Right-click the hyperlinked article title.
On the menu that appears, click "Copy link location." For IE users, click "Copy Shortcut." In order for the link to work off-campus, you will need to add the proxy URL to the beginning of the link.
